Beautiful hotel with lots of outdoor patio spaces. Rooms were clean and very roomy. The only bad thing was they should’ve stocked the breakfast items better. Constantly ran out of sausage, coffee, eggs, etc. I loved the full kitchens in each room my family and I had an awesome time. The only thing we wish is that they had a hot tub.

The facilities were great. We used the pool and found the room comfortable. The hotel was nicely located relative to the Zoo, where we headed after checkout. My main complaint was breakfast. We came down at a busy time, for sure, around 8 am. But the supplies of breads, fruit, oatmeal, cutlery, were almost totally depleted. I grabbed the last banana. There were a few cold potatoes and lukewarm powdered eggs. The waffle line took 30 min, but the equipment wasn’t working. Every waffle was mangled and messy. If breakfast is promised, there needs to be the staffing and supplies so that families who are counting on it can eat. I would stay here again if we were in the area, but I would definitely not count on breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are spacious and kitchenette has everything you would need to fix a meal in your room, include a dishwasher. Pool is smaller than I like but great for kids. Staff is very friendly.

Our 1st floor room had a really high ceiling, a real black out pannel/blinds, and the bed was great. The smart tv had tv channels and access to any streaming service you may want, as well as a welcome message with my name on it when we entered the room. The breakfast had a good selection. My kids loved the free apples at the front desk and the staff was very nice to them.

Multiple children’s hockey teams stayed during part of our stay. The kids parents let the kid run wild through the hallways until 11pm. Parents were heavily drinking and loud in the room next door and in the lobby. Front desk person was in tears due to all the complaints. There was no one there that could diffuse and or bring any sense of calm to the chaos. We were told we would get a comp for our room but did not get anything in writing. Ok so this property is pretty and nice rooms were big and comfortable friendly staff and well located close to everything. But i understand the whole pet friendly but they should have rooms with no pets so guest that may have allergies can enjoy room. Since the first day we had to request a full room cleaning because room was full of pet hair and fur. My 2 kids are allergic and it was a mission to enjoy room under those conditions

Great staff, nice room, nice pool and breakfast area, nice convenience food area. Walls are thin if loud kids are near you, but that’s the only negative we experienced.

We stayed for a whole week. As with most hotels now, you have to request your room to be cleaned before they go in but in our case we found several things moved such as our trash partially taken out or dirty towels removed while our dog was alone which we had asked them not to do. I spoke to them about it as we didn’t want anyone in our room while our dog was alone. It was odd as they would only do one or two things and some of our things were moved. This was our only complaint which was a big deal to us. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, kitchen have all you need but do yourself a favor and run everything in the dishwasher before using it. The property is very convenient to shopping for essentials as there’s a Target very close by, also restaurants and a very nice bagel shop. There’s also plenty of parking. Free breakfast. They often run out of breakfast items consisting of pre made omelets, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs and breads and you have to ask them to replenish them otherwise they don’t. This is a very family friendly place with an indoor swimming pool that got a lot of use during rainy times. Overall it was good I just wish they didn’t come into our room while we specifically asked them not to.
