The room was super nice with a great view of the mountains. We had a suite which was nice because we had friends and family there for a wedding. Our place was a good place for people to come in for a chat.

New property in redeveloped area near the university. Has a bar, free breakfast and Starbucks coffee. Matthew went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. Highly recommend if staying to visit kid at CU. Very close to upscale shopping center and restaurants. Room was well appointed, clean, and large. Great value for price.

We learned where "not to stay" while visiting Boulder, CO. Upon arrival our suite, which was very spacious and perfect for our family but, was 78 degrees when we entered the room. Then, we realized why. The blackout shades on 4 of the windows were missing or, did not work. Not only did it cause the room to heat up but, my son could not sleep in with the sunshine bursting into the room by 6am. Then, went down to the front desk each day and requested housecleaning but the staff never showed. Pitiful service! I would suggest any other hotel in Boulder.

This property was really pretty, the breakfast was by far the best out of all the other hotels I been too. Even my toddler gave this hotel a thumbs up.

The parking situation here is not good. You will pay 20 bucks a night to park in a nearby garage with a very strange exit. They don't mention that in your booking. The pool most certainly is not heated (even though they said it was). It was ice cold. The hot tub looked kinda dirty and smelled bad too. Rooms are a decent size and the location is good. You can drive straight down Pearl Street. The staff was fairly friendly. The kid who makes hot chocolate is a highlight. He's wonderful. It's an okay hotel but not much better than anything else run of the mill.

The pool had way to much chlorine in it. It hurt all of my kids eyes, nose and throat. I was not swimming and it was bothering my nose and throat.

We have been traveling through Colorado for a week and this was the only hotel to not offer breakfast or have any amenities open due to Covid (Expedia claimed they had both). I understand that there are more restrictions due to Covid, but I do not understand why this is the only hotel to not offer coffee or a bagged continental breakfast like the other hotels we visited. I have children and choose hotels based on breakfast and whether or not there is a gym. If they are not going to offer any of these things, they need to update with Expedia.

From my experience Hyatt is pretty good place so my expectations were high. I booked this hotel over marriot. When I arrived I was told there is $25 cost for parking. This is not clear during booking and email was sent after booking regarding parking cost. Parking is offsite so you have to drive to a garage to park. Not convenient at all. They did waive the fee for parking. Next day, we went for breakfast and was told it’s not included. I received an email the day I booked stating breakfast was included. Upon telling them, their manager did not honor this. Not sure how policies can change over a day. This was really inconvenient for my family. If I knew, I would have looked at other breakfast options or have some snacks. The rates were high enough adding all these additional cost is concerning. Felt like this place is trying to make money by not being honest up front. Not a good feeling and would not recommend using them.
