Close to where we wanted to be visiting family

This property was recently remodeled and it was gorgeous. The rooms were well laid out and spotless. It was close to my brother's house for our small family gathering. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this property in 3/23 and the reason for the low score for condition of the property and eco friendliness was solely due to the faucet water, otherwise property was great. I had two rooms which both had cloudy water almost milky. I informed the front desk and the young man came to my rooms and inspected it himself. He was very nice and offerred aplogies, but, did not have a remedy to fix it. He did say they had filtered water in the fitness room available ( we were on 4th floor, fitness room 1st floor), but we ended up purchasing bottled water ourselves. I informed the front desk again about the situation at checkout and she was apologetic as well, but no remedy was ever offered for my family's inconvenience. Great location. Only 5 minutes to Pearl Street and other shopping and restaurants as well. You are literally at the base of the foothills, great view which is a must when visiting Colorado.
