Good experience. Beds were comfortable. The kids liked the pool and breakfast. The town was cute!

Stayed here before and give it good rating. This time they had no to top floor room ready per my profile request. Yes reeuest. I would have to wait 2 and half hour. He could call maid service and request one room ready. No offer NO CARE! I got people on top of me walking all morning hard and loud. Next door kids and a barking dog at night. Yes they cannot control guest but they could have honored by request. Lastly breakfast was a full range of carbs and no protein except in carb graveyard. Money salving protein trick. No trick. Eggs very blend. Never had a bad breakfast in Ukiah holiday Inn. At the end if he would tried I could overlooked a lot issues.

The room was really nice, loved that the kids could take a bath.

Lady at check in was vary nice. I was really disappointed that it had a none working pool. Would have booked elsewhere if I had known. Our little ones were disappointed as well.

I liked the kids at the front desk. The room was quiet. Parking was easy.

My family of four and I only spent a night here. It was quiet for a Saturday night. No complaints. Staff was friendly and the room was clean when we arrived. Would stay here again

We were there for only a night. I just hope the front desk people are a little more welcoming. The guy who checked us in Saturday evening was a little disconnected, I had to ask what time the continental breakfast was and he told me that it’s on our key card and instead of telling me he was pointing at it on the envelope. Really? It should be part of the welcome rundown. Apart from that, my family liked the room and appreciated the hot breakfast. Coffee and iced water were available 24/7 in the lobby.
