Hi, we returned from overseas on a long flight from india. We checked into the hotel with our 3 children. Everything was smooth. the Receptionist was very kind and promptly checked us in. But the problem was with the room itself. The carpet looked like it was from the worst ghetto structures. Very soiled and ugly as it could be. Stained and really so dirty that i got the chills for my 2 year old to sit on the floor or even touch it. I could not really imagine how a hotel could not update their floors or keep them in a safe hygienic condition. this was a big NO! while everything else seems to be great,, but the Room carpet just totally will make customers run away from this place.

Had a two bedroom suite , was perfect for the family of 9. Room was amazing. Service was amazing, both coming in and leaving. Definitely will be back this time for myself

Nice safe area around large tech companies. Plenty of parking but charge for $12/night for parking. Property grounds look well kept. Breakfast food options are not fancy but decent and sufficient. Room itself look clean but is older with signs of wear and tear like cabinets handles not tighten up and tear in sofa bed. Good enough for a night stop with our friends. Like that this hotel has 2 kings bedrooms apartment styles with full size refrigerator and microwave, our friends and kids love the sleep over together.

We were visiting San Francisco and opted to stay in this area as it is reasonably priced and not too far from the city. The suite we got was a 2 bedroom including king beds with full kitchen and living. This was great for our family of 6. Ample parking and great complimentary breakfast in the morning.

We had a wonderful room. It was quiet and the darling shades worked great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and would recommend this Hyatt to friends and family.

Quick and easy check in Friendly staff Quick to respond to issues I wish they had smart TVs! But overall our stay was great considering I had kids! We loved the hot breakfast too 💕

Great room size for a family of 5 adults, we had 2 bedroom suites, each suite has its own bathroom which is wonderful. The hotel is a little outdated, and there is no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor. We did ran into some issues during our stay, but the front desk Ruby (Rubian) was wonderful, she took care of all of our needs right away, and fixed and replaced some items in the room to make our stay more comfortable, we even got an extra discount for our stay. Although the room has some issues, the service and help we received from Ruby was so accommodating and good, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ruby!

I chose Hyatt House for the proximity to my job and to the mall and lots of dining choices. The suites were very spacious with plenty of room for the 3 family members. The room was not thoroughly cleaned though. There was a cigarette box and candy left in the desk drawer, and some spilled toothpaste was in the sink when we first arrived. Also you can hear murmured talking through the walls and you can hear people easily talking outside. I like that there’s 24 hr coffee and tea, and the breakfast included hot items like eggs and ham/ sausage, potatoes and a waffle maker. The gym had 3 treadmills, 2 stair masters, and a bike, and a weight rack with dumbbells from 5-50 lbs. I’d say we had a good weekend getaway.
