Stayed at Aloft hotels before and I'd say this one is not up to par. Limited parking (underground parking was closed). Room above us had kids jumping and running until 11/30pm. No quality breakfast options just over priced sandwiches

My family and I loved this place and look forward to coming back! Victoria at desk service was most awesome and very helpful! Staff was great and very welcoming to my family as well as our child support animal (Wiggles)..all staff was very friendly. Thank you for the great weekend for my family and myself.

The walls are extremely thin. Both nights the people next door were extremely loud. We were traveling with children and one of tbe nights the couple waa having sex so loud and could literally hear everything. We asked the front desk to switch rooms and and I never received a phone call to do so. The second night, the couple was watching tv and having vwry loud conversations with another adult feom 2am til about 4am. We did not sleep very well throughout our stay and probably wouldn't stay again.

Super cute and convenient for shopping at Westfield Mall The rooms are nice and clean and the lobby is great! This is our second family overnight trip here

We only stayed one night at the property. Overall, the stay was fine for one night. The staff is nice and courteous. The room is clean and spacious. We like that they offer board games for the kids to use during our stay. Our biggest and only complaint is the thin walls. We could hear our neighbors' conversations in the adjacent rooms. It's not like our neighbors were being loud. I think the walls are simply not well insulated.

Me and my family travel a lot, it’s part of our tradition. We experienced a bad service at this location. Everything was going good until 10pm noise was out the roof loud. I have a 2 year old so it’s very important that my family gets a good service and a good night sleep. We had complained 3 times to get the attention of the hotel to do something about loud noise. Someone was throwing a party in a hotel that just happen to be the room above us. Me and my family had a bad trip and ended up leaving early so sue bad service. Overall just a bad experience for such a high quality hotel very disappointed.
