Fairfield Inn & Suites San Diego North/San Marcos

Very happy with our stay. It was quiet and clean with lots of room for the kids to spread out. Would recommend

This was a one-night stop for us, after a family holiday gathering in the area. The location was extremely convenient and when we checked out, access to the freeway was quick. Once the toddler upstairs stopped running around, which was brief, our room was quiet the entire night and morning. We used the hot tub - clean and no other guests. There were stacks of pool towels in an open cabinet immediately visible once we entered through the locked door. Our room smelled fresh and the beds were very comfortable. Both the beds had an array of pillows with varying firmness - Loved that. Bathroom was very clean and I liked how the shower had full pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - no need to open a gazillion, tiny amenity bottles. There was a proper breakfast of hot scrambled eyes, crispy bacon, DIY waffles, and the basic cold fare as well. We give this Fairfield Inn a 10 out of 10. We'll be back.

Easy checkin/checkout. Nice continental breakfast. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom is spacious. Nice to have a fridge and microwave especially with kids. Parking is convenient and accessible.

I didn't write reviews in the past, but since I did get benefit to make right decision from others' review during my trip, I decided to provide reviews more often. I was very satisfied with this hotel, the good quality of the room and the reasonable price let me have wonderful experience. My two little kids loved the hot tub during the winter trip very much. I would be more satisfied if the breakfast is better, the current breakfast is just like standard normal hotel level, but it doesn't affect my experience much. I like the wall colors, carpet, and the space of the room/restroom, and the bed is very comfortable. It's easy to find various dinning options in recent area. The staffs are very friendly. Overall, I love it.

We were on a family trip to San Diego Zoo Animal Safari Park and so happy we stayed at the Fairfield Inn. Everyone was so helpful, cheerful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is arounf tons of restaurants which was great. The room was filthy when we arrive and I had to scrub and sanitize it before my kids touched anything. The staff wasn’t very helpful. I wouldn’t return

We travelled from the UK as a large group for a family wedding, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and tried there upmost best to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was clean and maintained to a high standard with ample free parking. If there was one criticism that would be the selection of items for the breakfast included but other than that I would highly recommend staying at the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by how this hotel felt; it seemed a higher-end hotel than it is. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful; I was routinely greeted warmly by them. The included breakfast was impressive. Scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly, honey, juice, and good coffee were all included. The coffee is available 24/7, too. The pool is small and its deck as well; not much room for too many to spread out. But on this spring weekend there weren't many people at the pool (5 when we arrived, none but us when we left). The spa (hot tub) was nice as well. Our room, a king suite, was fine (it has 2 tvs. I guess that way you can watch both in bed and from the couch?). Nice walk-in shower--I noticed how the warm air stayed in there with me after my shower while I was drying off. The robot the hotel uses to deliver simple things (extra towels, utensils, etc.) was my kids' favorite thing. LOL Overall this was a great place for our weekend stay and we won't hesitate to stay here next time we're in town.

Had a wonderful stay n went to Safari park with family

The King suite was perfect for traveling with an infant as there was plenty of room for the crib and all the other things that come with a little one. Super clean and comfortable for the hubby and i as we rested at the end of the night.
