Staybridge Suites Carlsbad, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful experience! Continental breakfast was a huge surprise wonderful food! Our room was very nice modern and in great condition. As a family of five, hide a bed was comfortable and the kitchen Was well equipped, making our stay much more convenient! Monday through Wednesday hotel has social hour where they offer dinner and drinks! Courtyard had plenty of games for the kids like basketball, putting green, ninja stars, large connect 4. pool and hot tub were very nice!

Easy check in! The room was clean and very spacious. Full fridge, kitchen with a stove, microwave, dish washer, comes with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Office desk, decent sized couch, king bed. Standing shower. Provided DOVE brand body lotion, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The floor felt clean. The entire room felt clean. Good “hot” breakfast. Wasn’t the exact same the two nights we stayed, so it does change. The pool was spacious and they had beach balls and a baby toy floatie. Basketball court was cool too- just need to get the balls from the front desk. They did run out of the pool towels so I had to run back to our room wet, but I didn’t mind as much since we were on the first floor. Comes with a fitness center. All of these amenities, you need a hotel card to access so it felt secured and safe! Would come back again.

Stayed with family for Legoland trip. It was roomy and comfortable. Only downside was parking.

The stay was great, we loved our room. It was nice to have a kitchen and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if we had a bathtub since we were on vacation with our grandchildren. Staff was great and friendly. Our only thing we were not happy about was the noise from the room above us. There was no common courtesy.

Stephanie at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. She provided so much information we were not aware of. Stephanie made our visit so family friendly, it’s amazing to know she’s been to our home town Tucson, Arizona. Hopefully in October when we come back to California we meet her again and bring her back some Sonoran Hotdogs. Stephanie thank you for being so welcoming! People like her are assets to a company and make the stay more enjoyable, feeling confident to ask her questions without feeling embarrassed to ask. Thank you!

Made check in totally hassle free. Love the king suite rooms nice and well maintained. Love the space. Thanks for the hospitality. Mon-Wed complimentary food and wine. Nice for the family ☺️👍
