Nice place and good front desk service. The women talking loudly at 3 am by the pool and the kids yelling in the pool at 7:45 am pretty much ruined our sleep. We could also hear doors slamming closed (on self closing mechanisms) throughout the night.

I arrived with my family around 11:30 PM we asked for our reservation, and they could not find it. They checked several times, and it was not found. There was no way for us to contact Expedia or anybody about this issue so finally clicked I could just send you a message on chat but you chat took my message and nobody ever responded. You guys just took my money and I have not heard from anybody. Very very poor service.

This is such an amazing hotel! The staff was professional, the location near Stanford was key, and the overall vibe was so relaxing. Our kids loved the heated pool and spent hours swimming. Highly recommend! :)

Got screamed at by evening front desk while having quiet conversation with adult friends and kids in lobby. Very disrespectful. Old fashioned small room. Will never return.

Worst hotel experience ever. Woken up multiple times through the night by crying screaming baby next door. Most disappointing was being woken up again by the garbage truck at 5am on Saturday morning picking up dumpsters full of glass bottles. Got zero sleep, probably will never come back unless they comp me.
