This place is an amazing must while in Carmel. The redesign is absolutely beautiful. The staff treat you like family and attempt to anticipate your every need. The staff make this place like a movie. It’s almost magical being onsite here. The manager is doing an awesome job with the team. It’s one of the best hotel staff I’ve come across in a while.

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is very charming and is just a walking distance to the beach . It also have a beautiful garden next to the swimming pool. My kids enjoyed the warm cookies that they serve in the early evening and the breakfast buffet
