Perfectly located for day trips into Yosemite, this is a pleasant and comfortable place to stay, with service that feels sincere and welcoming. It isn’t the Ritz, but it doesn’t need to be - it definitely is a place I would recommend to my friends and family and would stay at again.

Nice room. A bit dirty but it was not a inconvenience. The food at the breakfast station was really good. The kids like it. I would visit again

The staff are great from the receptionist to the breakfast crew. The room is clean but smells smoke. I hope they have an option for non-smoking rooms. It's not good especially for the children to be in that kind of room.

During our return from Yosemite, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel property. Its location is superb, with an abundance of dining options within walking distance. Additionally, a convenient Chevron gas station is situated just across the road. The hotel provides ample parking space, which was a definite plus. The room we stayed in was impressively spacious, complete with a lovely patio that offered an excellent view. However, it is worth mentioning that our experience was marred by one cleanliness issue - we discovered a cockroach in our room. Despite this setback, we can still confidently say that our stay was great overall.

Expectations were fairly low, I understood that I wasn’t staying at a 5 star hotel but even with low expectations I still left disappointed. Started off ok, the lady at the desk checked us in a bit earlier which was appreciated. We used the pool which was very nice. We went to Yosemite for a bit and when we got back to go to sleep I noticed my sheet had black fuzz balls all over one side of it and a couple of brown streaks. I stopped in to the office to ask for a new one and the kid working said he would have to go find another one where the housekeeping linens are kept. I waited 15-20 mins and had not heard from him so I called the front desk. He answered and said the same thing as before. An hour and a half later he still never came. I was exhausted and it was late so I ended up having to share a bed with my 10 year old. If he wasn’t able to find one he could have called the room or stopped by to let me know… but even then, what inn/hotel/motel doesn’t have an extra sheet? I was going to change it myself and be done with it but by not communicating or bringing one by for me it really soured my experience. Beds aren’t super comfortable and the pillows are ok. Breakfast had a decent spread of options and it is a great jumping off point for the price. The town has some nice shops and restaurants to check out. I’d probably stay again just for the value but would hope for a better service experience next time.

Great for the $$ and close to Yosemite about 1hr drive time. In town with a number of restaurants, food market, pharmacy, gas, and trinket shops. Not the luxury type of hotel though clean comfortable (pets ok with a small fee) very nice staff, our favorite place to stay when visiting Yosemite national park, and recommended to our friends and family whenever visiting the area. Must make a reservation as they are most often sold out.

Nice big room with convenient location near lots of food and Mariposa's downtown area. Our family was very comfortable here. My only complaint would be the amount of grounds in the coffee which truly was excessive.

Room was not very clean. There are multiple stains on the bed sheet. You can found little spider on the corner of the room. 1 hours drive to the Yosemite National park. There are some restaurants around hotel. Acceptable for the price. But if I come with my kids and family next time I will pick somewhere else.
