Some of the staff were quite frosty. You need a key card to enter most areas and with a family of 4 it was difficult so we asked for another card and was told only one card would be given. Eventuality I got a second card. Rooms are vlean but dated. Pizza was great but be prepared for a queue.

Amazing service, amenities best in area especially, smooth sound of river soothing. Activities for kids, activities for grownups, romantic swing over the river, snores, games, indoor and outdoor pools around every corner

We had a room next to the river and it was quite epic watching and listening to the water. I had a family member who on the other hand did not have a great experience due to the river because it was so loud that she couldn't sleep. I went to the convenient store in the property and they didn't sell ear plugs, which was quite surprising and would have been nice. Other than that, love the fact this place has a little kitchen with a mini refrigerator. Whenever we needed service, they were right on it. The staff are great.

The location is quite beautiful. The building we were in may have been partially renovated. The room did look quite worn and a bit of a smell of old smoke even though it was non-smoking may have just been old carpet. Also received two tiny pillows per bed, not large things but for the cost, the room could definitely have been better. Had to pay for Wi-Fi from External. The pools were beautiful and plenty full for families. The games room requires maintenance as things were broken or not working we never saw any staff the entire time in there.

Family of 5 weekend getaway. Best location if you can’t find accomdations in the park. Pizza was good and easy to order with fast delivery. The game room was my kids favorite! The river was roaring and beautiful. Better coffee in the room would have been nice but the store had a decent blend. Oh! You better have National Park reservations or cross the Ranger station before 6am.

It would be cool if there were golf carts who could take you from one end of the property to the other end. We were attending a wedding and booked rooms at different times so some family members were too far away. Room cleaning knocked on our door at 10 am when check out is 11 am and we were in the middle of getting ready for the wedding.

About 30 minutes to Yosemite. Indoor heated pool with other kids amenities. Had laundry also two restaurants. Room size is pretty good

Great location! The room was large and we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. Our kids loved the pools/jacuzzis and game room! The rooms are definitely older and not perfect but they were clean and beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room was amazing and 1 km away from park entrance! Such a great place with warm pools, tubs and kids game rooms

I read reviews before I booked this property and felt comfortable that it would be 4 or 5 stars. The location is so close to Yosemite and that definitely is 5 star. The dining servers were excellent. The front desk was excellent. They have a very nice children's play area and multiple pools. However, the room was 2 stars. The mattresses were old and the kitchen stove didn't have the correct attachments, so it couldn't work. I was in total shock that internet wasn't included, nor is it mentioned when you initially book the room. There is no cell service and no internet, unless you buy it extra.
