We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying again. Such a beautiful town, lovely hotel, and just a great overall experience. The rooms were nice, the kids loved the pool, and I loved that my car was in a safe parking garage that requires a key card to get in. 10/10

The property is very nice and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The resort smelled clean, staffs are very nice. Room has basic amenities but cleaning could've been better. Small hiccups were hair from past guests were still on bathroom floor and tub, dusty lampshades and an unwelcome guest, a white mouse. He ran across our room and hiding under the sofa. When I complained to the front desk, the supervisor, he was very calm and told me that this is common in the resort because it is situated where there are lots if trees, in the woods and mice would come in because it's cold. I was very surprised by his comment as we have stayed at alot of skiing resorts and have never ever experienced that. Inaddition, we were not on the ground but rather up on the higher floor so not sure how he could even justify that. They did send two men to our room to trap the mouse but he ran into the fireplace therfore we couldn't turn our heater on higher otherwise the fireplace will ignite and roast the mouse in there. They had to apply tape outside the fireplace so that he couldn't escape and that made the whole room stank. We were given a choice to move but because it was getting late and our kids were all unpacked and settled in for the night already, we chose to stay there instead.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area is beautiful. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Lakes and hiking trails close by as well. The concierge handled an issue that arose exceptionally. The people above us had kids and were stomping around for hours. They switched us to a nicer room that was quieter, no questions asked. The room was just beautiful and cozy. Loved the kitchen amenities, giant bathtub, patio overlooking the trees, etc. couldn’t be happier with our stay. They even wrote happy birthday for me on the sign in the entryway.

After staying in Yosemite we stayed here for one night on our way back home. We arrived early and the wonderful management was able to accommodate early check in. In addition I had originally booked a two bedroom condo with king sized beds in each and realized that I really needed a king in one and two twins in the other for our family. The manager who checked me in was able to update my reservation and switch our accommodation easily to our benefit.

Our third stay here. Excellent as expected. Good access to hiking or town. Very comfortable. We like option for cooking our meals and/or eating at local restaurants. Desk staff friendly and helpful. We had to leave two days early due to a family medical emergency. Hotels.com agent worked with Juniper Springs to accommodate our situation, which we really appreciate! We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay of three nights. Our unit was clean and roomy and we enjoyed having a kitchen so we could make some of our own meals. We also enjoyed playing bocce ball and using the hot tubs. We were a close drive to many hiking trails and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The only downsides was that we were told the pool was heated but it was not, it was easy to hear noise from other rooms and some of the burners on the stove did not work. I would defini

We Booked three rooms and asked for them together. We were told rooms have been assigned together in advance. Reached the hotel and rooms were nowhere close to each other - in fact one room was 2 floors down. We were given rooms in a secondary building that is not connected to the main building. The second building does not have Tesla chargers, so we had to park in main building and then walk outside in the rain to the other building. Also, guests from the 2nd building were not given access to the pool of the first building. Horrible set up! Most importantly, the elevators in the 2nd building did not work and the front desk didn’t even tell us about this when checking in. He asked us to park in the garage and take the elevators, when other guests told us the elevators have not been working all day. To make things even more frustrating, there is no way to enter the 2nd building from the main entrance when the elevators are not working. Access to the stairwell is outside. We had to carry our luggage with small kids 4 floors up. Location of the hotel is good. Rooms were ok. Bed was comfortable, but furniture is very dated. The lobby was burning hot to the point where we could not even sit there for 5 minutes. On checkout, the receptionist didn’t even bother asking how our stay was. Just took the key and said you’re all set. Overall one of the most unsatisfactory stays I have had in a hotel in a while. Will not be staying here again.
