Room is too small. Bath room is tiny. If you have little kids, it is not a good choice for a family vacation.

I had never been received so badly in a hotel on the entire planet, to make matters worse the person who treated me BADLY said he was a supervisor, David or Daniel, he did NOT care about my Expedia reservation number and I gave him my New Jersey ID. , I waited a while and told him you have it, answering that he is not looking for my reservation that I have nothing there, we were all tired, my wife and my children, I wanted to go somewhere else but it was not fair. . I would never, but never recommend this hotel because of the poor treatment of that person.

Very upscale hotel. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, powerful shower. I also liked how the plugs to attach external devices to the TV are easily accessible on the desk. Will definitely stay again when I visit family in Monrovia

Our stay wasn't horrible but it was disappointing that we never had our room serviced during our three night stay. On the second night, we called guest services and they said it was scheduled for the next day, but again no one cleaned our room. We needed towels and toilet paper and were asked to go pick them up at the front desk. We had to put our trash bag out in the hallway because it was overfilling. The restaurant is pretty much non-existent and the pool/ jacuzzi were dirty (they were too cold to use anyway). Aside from that, the hotel is clean for the most part. We were there with kids and felt pretty safe. Parking is free so that's a big plus and there are a lot of eateries around.

We have stayed here several times when we visit our family in the area. The hotel is always clean and well kept. It is quite which appeals to us compared to other hotels and motels we have stayed at.

Very loud, there’s was a party or something but my newborn was not able to fall asleep with everyone being so loud. Very dissatisfied

Perfect place for a weekend get away for my family. It was 7 minutes away from Santa Anita park , and 13 minutes downtown Pasadena. There are plenty restaurants in the area. Really great and I highly recommend it.

The room had dust all over the desk. One of the days we needed new sheets and they just left the sheets folded on the bed and we had to make our bed when we came home from a wedding at 1am with 2 babies

My girlfriend and I love this place. We come here to get away from the noise and bustle of the city and to take a break from the family. We love the pool and the 3 separate hot tub setup is amazing. The front desk people are always friendly abs attentive to guest needs.

Very very friendly staff. And pool are was clean & love the towels at pool area. Make it very pleasant . I would definitely recommend it to my family & friends.
