Eric was great. Completely understood and cared about the event involved with my family. Resolved my room issue and enjoyed my stay.

This was a one night stay to attend an afternoon family event and returning home early the next morning. The hotel was conveniently located near lots of food choices within a 6 minute walk. It was clean and modern. Disappointments include: our room was adjacent to the trolley line and vibrated as the trains went by (sound wall muted most of the noise, but not all). The hotel was full and the breakfast area was overcrowded. The sausage and eggs were the worst I have had at a hotel. I don't expect restaurant quality, but the eggs were dry and crumbly and sausage was just bad. Best Western seems to be able to do these breakfast bar eggs. I will say that they breakfast bar had one of the largest options for food, including oatmeal with lots of toppings, a variety of bread and muffins, waffles and a selection of fruit. The dark roast coffee was good as well. Finally, the suite layout was terrible. The TV faced the uncomfortable couch, but not the bed. We had to turn the stand to hang out over the edge of the dresser.

When I visit my Daughter and have no place to park my RV I usually stay next door, at Hilton Garden Inn. I decided to stay at Spring Hill this trip. My Daughter is expecting a Daughter in November. This trip was to remodel and get the babies room ready. Thank goodness for that because we were in the room for a limited amount of time. I will say my interaction with the staff was good. For $200 a night you would think that the walls would be a little thicker. My Wife and I were only in the room 6 or 7 hours a night for our 5 night stay. One night I was listening to the neighbors entire conversation which was very loud and animated. When he finally said goodbye I also said goodbye. We were on the first floor and to the right of the room was the breakfast area. Between 5 to 5:30 AM we had to listen to the banging of cabinets and equipment during set up. Then when guest came to eat, the noise was horrendous. Definitely not even close to the room rate. We noticed the pool after we had to park in the overflow lot and found the last parking spot on the property. I laughed very hard when I saw it. If four people were in it at the same time it would be crowded.

It was my family and my first time going to California and we were nervous about where to stay and go. But, I was so thankful that I chose to stay at this hotel! The hotel staff was super friendly and the rooms are clean and neat. The breakfast was great, although because of COVID, at the time they pre-packaged the meals but still great. Along with that, the area is convenient and safe for families. If I ever go back to Pasadena I am staying here.

This is a really great budget friendly option for those visiting the LA/Pasadena area. Clean facilities and surrounding areas. Close to the gold line which can take you into Pasadena and union station pretty easily. The staff and check in was quick and easy and the pool was clean. The room was spacious for our family of five. Would definitely come back again.
