The staff was super friendly and offered assistance whenever asked. The hotel is clean and has lots of places for family and friends to gather. The courtyard had bocce ball, fire pits and a wine bar. Wonderful experience!

Property was over a mile from Healdsburg Plaza, requiring car or shuttle to get to shops and restaurant at night. Beds were comfortable, gym was nice, breakfast standard but could stay open later. Bathrooms nice but rooms were small—did not use kitchen facilities but those would be very convenient if traveling with family or for longer stay. Worked well for day trips into wine country.

What a beautiful hotel - modern design, very clean, thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine upon arrival. My kids loved the robot that delivered items to rooms. Pool area was lovely. Free bikes to borrow - there's trail that takes you straight to the downtown plaza. They also offer a free shuttle to take you downtown (about a mile away). Good selection at breakfast, too.

My family and I visited Healdsburg to celebrate my husbands birthday. We have a 4-year old and 1-year old and the room setup was perfect for us. Rather than one open room, the hotel has an option of a one-bedroom which is great when one of your kids can sleep early and the rest of the crew is up. We love the modern amenities, kitchen, and the Robot butler. The pet fee is a bit steep, but we’re happy that we’re able to bring our pup. Overall a wonderful experience.

This hotel is great! They have wonderful service and their​ breakfast was great! Pros: Yummy breakfast! Nice rooms with full kitchen and comfy beds Free parking Service is great Bathrooms are huge with really​ nice modern​​ showers! They have butler robots that bring things up to your room! Rooms are very clean, not an​ area that I can see that has dust. The pool is perfectly​ heated to 80 degrees​. Friendly Staff The only con is it is a little pricey​ but otherwise,​ this place is great! I hope you enjoy your stay, just like I​ and my family did.​
