Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel

This was just a one night stay before our early morning flight. There are lots of choices for fast food close by. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby. And we were grateful for a grab and go breakfast snack in the morning. (muffins/fruit)

They do not have enough parking spots. If you are there after 8 pm there is a high chance that you will not find any free parking spot. The smoking area is just right near the swimming pool which was very annoying for non-smokers and can smell the smoke of marijuana right from the swimming pool. My kids were pretty uncomfortable with the smoke coming into the swimming pool. The hotel provides room service only upon request. Limited sitting capacity for breakfast, it gets pretty crowded during breakfast at around 9 am.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel and it was a great experience for me and my family

It’s a very nice and clean hotel. Perks of staying here is that breakfast is included and it has one room only available that would accommodate my family of 6 without having to book 2 rooms. Their entire staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast was appetizing and the pool was nice with the hot temperatures outside. Some downsides with our experience this weekend was that one of the two elevators they had was totally out of service the entire time we were there. Our room was not ready upon check in/arrival. The room was an hour late and the management was very apologetic about it and they sent help to finish it up quickly. They did however offer my kids some free snacks because of the delay. Also, our keycard did not work on the second day and I had to get it replaced. So all in all it was an ok experience for us. Pack a little patience if everything doesn’t work out as we expected but maybe the next time it will be different so we’ll definitely stay here another time.

My family and I had a wonderful trip, especially for it being a last minute trip. Checking in was quick and easy. The young lady was sweet. We thought the property was nice inside and out. Our rooms were decent, a little out dated but we still enjoyed it. The pool and jacuzzi were open, it's open until 10pm. Breakfast had variety such as yogurt, cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal (toppings as well), fruit, and a few options for beverages. The only reason I didn't give it the highest score possible is because there was a shortage of towels... they did have a full house that night. Also, the room I reserved had a sofabed but no extra pillows, blankets, or sheets for it. Thank you for a splendid stay! If we ever go back to Fresno we will be back to stay here. One last thing there's a Starbucks, Little Cesar's, and Quiznos right next door.
