Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bentonville South - Rogers, AR

Property is old & unkept. Water pipes burst before we arrived so some things are understandable like floors 3 & 4 being repaired BUT the elevators were out of order along w/ pool & hot tub. The breakfast was terrible, undercooked eggs, no bagels or muffins to substitute. Door leading to the side parking lot in our hall was broke so anyone could walk in or out without using a key or being a guest. We bring our 2 fur babies every time & have NEVER been charged an extra $100, always staying in “pet friendly” hotels. We paid almost $400 for 2 nights in the crappiest hotel. Per night rate was equivalent to other hotels within a mile. I’ve stayed at 2 others in the vicinity which were great. The nightly rate is way out of line for the accommodations. We’ll never stay at a hotel owned by this company again…EVER!!!!

The hotel appeared to be clean in regards to housekeeping cleaning it regularly, however, it is well-worn. Carpets were heavily stained and linens were stained, ripped, and threadbare. We had to ask for linens for the sofa bed and for enough towels for our family. We chose this hotel because it was a little cheaper than competitors for a one bedroom king suite but next time I’ll pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

The siding on the hotel could use a cleaning, but overall, was a good stay. Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hot tub was nice after a long day. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was decent. I’d recommend better lighting in your handicap accessible rooms for guests with visual impairments.

Arrived to have escorts walking out of the hotel. Found pills on floor by our bed. Found more pills on stairs the next morning. Couldn’t get an extra blanket for our daughter to sleep on the couch. No extra towels for showers. Had 3 in the room for a family of 5 when I asked for more was told they didn’t have access to housekeeping. Went down the next morning at 7am was told sorry but housekeeping isn’t here yet you can come back around 8. Night crew was very rude and when I said it was not acceptable that I couldn’t get my daughter a blanket they said sounds like that is your problem not ours.

We were in town for the daisy nationals bb competition aT Roger convention center which was only 5 min away. Very convenient tonit and any stores for shopping and plenty restaurants. Clean place and bed comfy,staff friendly and indoor pool so weather didnt matter. Only downfall was you about couldnt sit in pool area to watch kids bc it was like a sauna and you couldnt breathe bc it was way to hot in there. And room service said only every 3 days. We stayed there 5 days 4 nights. Never had room service to clean or bring towels. Nothing. Had to put dirty towels outside room in hallway dault but thrn had to go to front desk daily to get fresh ones!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. breakfast was good. The only bad thing I can say was the people above us were very loud. Stomping feet and allowing children to jump off beds till all hours of the night.

When we arrived at 4pm, an hour after check in, our room was not ready. We waited for almost two hours to get our room. We had to have our room key reset multiple times due to not working and on one particular trip the front desk worker walked me to my room treating me like I was a toddler that didn’t know how a room card key worked. I can’t tell you her name because no one had a name tag or even a uniform. At one point while waiting another costumer came to the desk with a request and when she walked away the front desk worker told the person ahead of me that the lady was lying about the story she had told. Completely disrespectful. We will not be staying there again!

We have stayed many times at various hotels in this franchise. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experience with a hotel we've had. It was horribly noisy. They should put large groups of children on one floor. Also, there were parties going on in front of the hotel. It made it hard to sleep. The first night the front desk gave some other guest my key. They couldn't get in so the front desk person tried to get in. It was a bit frightening to wake up to. The next morning, I had to have the front desk fix my key. When I told them what had happened, the two people at the front desk just blew me off. We would never stay at this hotel again and would be wary about staying at the franchise.

I liked the property for the price, how close it was to my needed location, the pool and spa tub, and close to dining. What I didn't like was that both queen beds had white and food crusties on the comforters. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, well it wouldn't even close without popping open. And to be honest, there was a small round hole in the back of bathroom door that was open, but the front looked patched up....according to my father, it looked very similar to a bullet hole. This hotel has potential. I probably would stay here alone next time, just not with my whole family.

No complaints for a $100 room. Staff was nice room wad clean. Perfect for a 1 night family weekend trip to NWA
