We enjoyed our stay, as always. This was not our first time at this Comfort Inn. The only disappointment was the internet. My I-Pad deemed the service as "unsecure" as well as unreliable. This would have been an inconvenience if this had been a business trip rather than a family visit.

One night stay with family of 4. Very haopy with experience. Customer service was great, breakfast good and hotel looks very new or updated. Size of hallways and rooms have the extra space to move around with luggage!

I enjoyed my stay, the employee's at the service desk was very helpful. The rooms was very clean, and the House keeping always went the extra mile for any items my wife or i requested. I will recommend this hotel to family that's traveling to the Jonesboro Arkansas area.

This is a new hotel and so they are still learning and we need to be gracious with teething problems. There have been a few, but we're impressed with 'their family' as the staff call themselves going above and beyond to reassure and help and make things as smooth as possible. It was a cold room upon entry (not the planned room), but soon became toasty warm and we're looking forward to a free breakfast soon (something missing in our last hotel.) The beds are wonderfully comfortable, lovely sheets and good night spent before we hit the road again. When I look at 'hotel lane' as I would call this I'd say we have found a really good fit for us here.

I was trying to provide a place for family to stay that came to visit at the last minute. I made my reservations through hotels.com but when I got to the hotel they refused to rent to me because I lived in the same city. I tried to explain the situation but they said policy is policy. I will never stay at any Comfort Inn again.
