This is usually my go to place when I'm in the area. There was such a smell in the room. It hit you as you opened the door. Smelled like tabacco smoke and a sour smell at the same time. There was kleenex or bath tissue under the shelves where the towels were stored. There was something black on one of the pillow cases and something black (mold, maybe) on the shower curtain. This stay was so noisy with children running all over the place, yelling in the halls, slamming doors, clonking up and down stairs. I know this sometimes happens but whomever was on duty should have said something to the kids or their parents. They HAD to hear all the racket themselves.

The night manager DID NOTHING about the kids jumping in the room above us! For multiple hours until 2am was stomping and thumping……. HORRIBLE!! we even had to go and tell them to stop

It worked for our quick 2 night stay for our family of four. It's basically a place to lay your head at night. The smell of the room was less than desirable. The pool area was gross. The update and cleanliness was okay but not great. We waited several minutes at check in. They seemed to be understaffed. Once we finally had help, she had computer issues, extending the check in process further. Overall, we would not recommend or return.

It was ok. I enjoyed the breakfast each day. I was upset about them cleaning our room. We ate out in the evening and had a lot of trash. They didn't seem to know what to do with it. We requested our room be cleaned after the third day was put off until the fifth day. I was disappointed in that. It was somewhat clean. I would recommend if on a business trip but not bring family.

Well, to start with, wifi was out. Secondly, the pool.... The pool was so full of chlorine that it was burning mine and my childrens eyes. We tried to swim as long as we could but 10 min and we were done. My face was hurting last night even after a shower and my boys have sore throat's this morning.

First room had lots of bugs that looked like gnats but we weren’t for sure what they were. We were moved to a second room and that room was very dirty. By this time it was 10:30 and we had been traveling for almost 14 hours with 3 children and were exhausted. Let them know at checkout we were not happy with the second room. This was our second time to stay there and we had even recommended them to family as a great place to stay. We definitely will not be staying again.
