The property is nice enough, the room is clean. It’s very dated inside the rooms. I was upgraded to a suite, it had a full-size refrigerator and icemaker, which was nice , appliances were older. The building itself is surrounded by some construction going on so parking was a little limited at the time. It is just down the street not too far from University of Arkansas which made it convenient. I would probably stay here again. The price was reasonable, the location was convenient, it’s not the newest hotel on the block, but it works for a weekend visiting your kid.

Perfect for overnight before game day. Walkable, but the property offers a limited shuttle. Conveniently located to food, Highway access, etc. Nothing fancy, but clean and sufficient for our family.

Have stayed here before while visiting family. Price was a bit high, but realize it was because kids were coming to start college. However, staff was pleasant, room was big, comfortable and the kitchen is great to have, though we just used the refrigerator. Ice maker wasn’t working, but we were able to get ice from an ice machine.

Check in was smooth and our room was clean. The one bedroom is spacious and gave us room to have one of our kiddos in the living room and the baby in our room with no issues. My one dislike was the air flow to the bedroom - the living room area was cool all night, but the bedroom space was really warm. I couldn’t sleep with the covers on because it made me sweat. We ended up leaving the bedroom door open and that helped a little bit, but I still wasn’t at a comfortable temp. It’s a bummer about that because everything else was really good.

Most thing were fine. They were late on the wake up call so we missed out on some of a family event we were in town for. I asked to have the manager call me to discuss this and i still have yet to receive a call. probably never will.

Hotel was just ok. Had a terrible smell like something had been burned, enough to where our toddler asked us about it. The furniture in the room was very worn down, chipped, and the recliner arm has been screwed back together with a random screw. The bathtub also had signs of wear. The plus side was that the beds were comfortable and they did provide good amenities.

The location of this suite wasn't the best-- behind a Hardees and on the part of MLK Jr. Blvd with all of the fast food restaurants, but the room was fine and the staff was very friendly. The laundry facility was clean and free, which was a plus. I thought I had booked a "suite", which in my mind would be two rooms w/ a door --but it was actually one big studio. This was inconvenient for us because we have a newborn-- so we were up all night! The hotel is across the street from Starbucks, so we were able to get a coffee fix in the morning.
