My family appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

The desk attendant that checked me in that night was amazing, accommodating, patient, kind, and provided speedy service. The employee that checked me out was not attentive and lacked customer service capabilities. The room was nice and had the potential to sleep 6-8 people. The indoor swimming pool area was very clean, but we checked in to late to enjoy it. The breakfast was delicious, but I was unsure of the waffle area. There were no instructions and no one assisting in that area. Although, I had children with me and one spilled food on the floor and I immediately cleaned it up and a worker offered me a bleach towel to clean it myself.

We were in town because of a death in the family. We stayed for a week. The staff was very friendly and always chatted with us. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint is the pool. We chose the property so that at the end of each day we could have something fun to do as a family. The pool was never properly cleaned or maintained during the entire week. Very disappointing considering it was a very hot week.

Our family stayed here overnight to rest from our interstate move. The hotel room was nice. The shower and faucet especially needs more water pressure. Breakfast was good. We checked in at 10pm and there were teenagers loitering, running, yelling at each other inside and outside the building. These teenagers have access to the hotel as they come and go as they please. Woke up the next day and saw the same teenagers loitering again. We checked out and about 1/2 hour later we stopped for gas. My husband noticed that the Uhaul Truck we had was missing a gas cap. I saw the same teenagers lurked around our Uhaul multiple times between 10pm and 10am.
