La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conway

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The pool was nice as well as the gym. The front lobbies furniture was dirty and stained. My family and friends preferred to sit outside i in the heat then gather in the lobby.

Shower would fill up the tub, and would not drain. We would take a take a shower and the water would fill up the tub. Pillows were limited, asked for extra told me they didn’t have any. I also asked to check in early at 2, and they told me to wait till 3. So my family walked into the lobby since we had no where to go, and they were a fan of that and decided to look if they had a room ready, and ironically they did. Our room phone did not work either, I had to walk down for any reasons to go to the front desk. It’s 110 degrees outside, don’t tell someone their room isn’t ready until you actually check the availability. When they told me no, she just told me they assumed they didn’t have a room open.

The pool advertises a pool but it was not functional which was a big disappointment to our kids. Then our tv also did not work.

Everything i needed kids enjoyed the pool was exactly what a hotel should be

Very clean hotel and hospitable front desk. Breakfast didn’t open till 7:00 and was late both days. Wasn’t able to get it Sunday because of it being late. Also, wasn’t the best offerings… the waffle maker was broken, too. I’d barely consider it a “full” breakfast offering. Besides the breakfast, the beds are some of the worst we have ever slept on. They’re hard as a rock! No one in the family got a decent night sleep during our 2 night stay. Probably won’t be back

Clean and friendly staff. we had a large group in town for a family funeral, would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

I’m supposed to get a refund for brown water my kids had to bath in for two days! I can’t get ahold of anyone from Expedia either!

We stayed at this hotel about a year and a half ago and it was so nice. We loved it. So we decided to stay there for one night for youngest kids birthdays so they could swim and enjoy the stay. The first room they put us in reeked of drugs so we switched rooms immediately. That room had dirty linen in front end of the door. Bathroom door kept locking us in and out. The drain in the tub was rusted and kept stopping up. We had traumatic event happen to us by a pedophile staying in the hotel. When we told the manager on duty who happened to be cleaning rooms on the second floor she never even stopped cleaning to even check into what I had just told her. I then immediately called the police and she never came back to check with us. This was a horrible experience. We will never stay at La Quinta again!

The front desk person was unhospitable, it was like they didn't want to be there. They had an attitude like they didn't want to be bothered! I called the front desk because I had an issue with the tub and no one ever answered. We were there for three days and I had asked to have the room cleaned and even placed the door tag on the door so they will notice it and still no one came to clean! And this is the topper! I went to check out at 3:30 am and no one was at the front desk, I waited for about 20 minutes to see if someone would show but there was no one in site, I didn't know what to do because I needed to leave, there was no sign with a phone number or a sign saying they would be back! My husband saw a phone by the entrance so I picked it up and it started to ring. The phone was forwarded to the front desk person when they picked up the phone they didn't ever say Hi or greeted me in a professional way! I actually had woken them up from their sleep! I just told them I need to check out and did even say anything to be to let me know they were coming! She was making a streaking sound like when someone woke up. They finally came to the front desk and I was able to finally leave! I visit Arkansas quite often because I have family there. I have also stayed in other hotels like the Comfort inn, and the Garden Inn. and those places have way better service than La Quinta. I will never stay there again and I don't recommend this Hotel! Please save yourself the troble!

Upon arrival to the room there was a dog that barked for hours, there was also a man beating on a door 4 rooms away screaming at the person inside about how he was going to beat her if she didnt let him in. I had my two young children eith me aged 2 and 10 and they could hear every word from this man. The ceiling about my bathtub in the room was covered in mold as well.
