Days Inn by Wyndham Show Low

The front desk lady was as accommodating as she could be while obviously dealing with being understaffed, and we really appreciated her coming to try and fix our TV and give us extra towels, however, this place feels as if it has majorly gone downhill over the last year. We requested a specific room upon booking, which was about three months in advance. On the day of check in, we called to make sure we still would get that specific room and were assured we would. Of course, when we checked in, they said the room was not available. Oh well, big deal, who cares, let it slide, but… Many construction companies utilize this hotel while in town, so expect a lot of guys and their work trucks filling up the parking lot. When we were there some of them were at the grassy area adjacent to the pool, drinking heavily, and grilling. All good, but they left their used utensils on picnic tables along with their chunks and pieces of their food. (Which I know the hotel can’t control, but that’s what you may encounter there). We had three people to our group, but only were given two towels and one little bar of soap. No body wash bottles, or anything to that effect. The TV didn’t work and we had to wait several hours for that to finally be resolved. (The front desk lady did the best she could.) It also looked like dog poop or gum was baked into the carpet in our room. The Show Low Cafe is closed now, so the included breakfast was a muffin, banana, yogurt, and a kid’s juice box. Avoid.

The description of the website said double room with double bed with a bathroom connecting one room to the other. We didn't get that, it was just 1 room with 2 queen beds for a family of 5 with 4 adults and a 17yrs tall teenage boy. I was disappointed for this, when I asked the hotel receptionists, they told me that's the description that a 3rd party does but that is not right. So I will suggest, call ahead, and verify the details before booking.

The employees were extremely helpful and understanding of a circumstance that came up for my family and we had to cancel. They were friendly and supportive. The rooms were very large, clean, and very nice. The pool was fun and clean as well. I would highly recommend staying here and will certainly stay again.

Liked location. Traveling with family, comfortable, staff was nice, attentive Would use again.

It suited our needs for a family of 5. We were able to reserve a rollaway bed when calling directly. On our way to trip to snow ski. Service was friendly. Would recommend investing in larger pillows to sleep on.

I initially booked and didn't pay attention to the Smoking-room part. mistake on my part. the room was spacious and besides the smoke smell it was nice. I requested a room change to non-smoking and was changed right over to non-smoking room. the Room we stayed in was great, spacious, and was nice. the only blemish would be the Tib needing a resurfacing paint job, but the water pressure was fantastic, and the water temp was great. the Heater unit worked well. the Included Breakfast made it worth the price completely. I will stay here again when going up to meet family.

Excellent service. The pool was a little disappointing but basically it was a kiddie pool. Free breakfast is not worth the wait on a holiday weekend. Service was terrible.

I live locally but had to stay in a hotel overnight. I have 1 toddler and 2 dogs and would stay here again if I needed to. Internet wasn’t the best but sufficient enough to check emails etc.

Was comfortable and staff was very friendly. Love the story in the room explaining Show Low as well as the family story of the days inn
