Villa was perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast and service at breakfast were exceptional. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the Iptown Sedona location - so many restaurants and shops etc in easy walking distance.

We was booked this hotel from Hotels.com. The experience about Best western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel is totally made us trip disappointed and terrible. There photo is fake and cost of night is $705. we are family trip but this hotel given us disability room. The air-condition filter was unclean and very noisy during the night. The mattress was completely soft and filthy. Also I got the room is front of street with disabled bathroom. I was spoke with manager and she told me this is what it is. No sorry no apology no any credit back ! This how our expensived town worth. That’s she told me. I probably don’t want recommend to any one wants to visit to Sedona town and try to stay there. 700canadian dollars spend like nightmare experience. At the last breakfast is totally so cheap with that money spend. In conclusion i believed this hotel is just a Inn who worth like 200dollars and not even more than that ! But the stuff attitude even worth. Maybe we have a asian face ?

Beautidul views. Great location. They are dog friendly and we were woken by barking at 6am and the barkong didnt stop until 10am whem the family left. No sound proofing, you can hear every conversation from outside in your room. Outdated rooms overall.

We stayed here with our 2 kids in early June 2023. The view was breathtaking! There is an adorable outdoor grassy area with a fire table and adorondack chairs that you can face the red rocky views. We were able to play volleyball and soccer with our kiddos to keep them happy, and we parents were happy to be out and seeing the view. We spent a good 3-4 hours in the pool. There were floaties and a ball for the guests and plenty of lovely chairs and divans with umbrellas. There was a coffee machine in the lobby with all the fun mixes - hot cocoa, cappuccino, mocha, etc. The room had a balcony, that we didn't even realize when we booked. It faced the street, but still had a view of some other lovely red rocky mountains. The breeze at night was perfect to leave the sliding glass door ajar. The room was fine. Clean and basic. I appreciate that the pillows were soft and squishable. Other hotels have those huge hard pillows that are impossible to use. The bathroom/shower area was clean but on the sadder side. It could use a face lift and soon. The continental breakfast was not something I would have again. But I'm sure other guests appreciated it. Just not us. Overall 2 thumbs up and would come back.

The profile pic of the hotel is clearly super old - you can tell by looking at the road - it’s very diff now. The room was “meh” - average at best - but the view [if you pay for it] on the backside of the hotel was nice. parking is down a hill - got there at 9pm and - no kidding - was surprised that two wild pigs [with tusks!] were running down the hill to where the parking was. Tried to get my phone out and get a pic but they were moving too fast after they saw me and were suprised. I would stay here again but only for the view. val

Our family of four stayed one week and were pleased with the hotel and accommodations. Would’ve liked a larger bathroom. Other than that things were great, friendly staff, clean room and location was perfect. We stayed on second floor with balcony overlooking pool and red rock mountains, was excellent.
