Everything was great. I didn't like that the main door was kept open all night it was so cold walking out of our room and in the waiting room. I wanted the kids to wait warm inside the waiting room while the car warmed up but sense the door was open all night was just as cold as outside. There was no other door to park close to to use as an alternate. The night lady super nice morning lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed

This was very last minute- completely unplanned. We were in Florence to pick up a family member and there were problems with that- had to find a place to stay at 3 a.m. snd the front desk girl was gracious and helpful. We decided to stay another night!

I enjoyed my stay there. Tina and Daniel are extremely family. Although I was there on business, I found Greentree Inn and Suites without any problems. Tina and Daniel provided me great recommendations about food places in the general area. Burger King, McDonald's, Sonic, and Subway were so easy to find. Nice area to drive through.

I have been staying here for years. This last year has been awful. The hotel rooms and amenities are good. Most of the staff and management, not so much. I have had it with the rude staff and management that is non existent and doesn’t call back. Myself and my family will never stay here again unless it is rectified.
