Woodspring Suites Mesa Chandler

The exterior was clean and modern. The lobby was clean, the front desk staff was very nice, but slow in the check in process. The hallways smelled, and they were understaffed. The rooms were a nice size, but the floors were not very clean. The walls seemed thin. I could hear people next door talking, and upstairs I had kids running around until 9 pm.

Very new residential hotel. Very affordable and well kept. Selected as having the best ratings and price while being close to family I was visiting in Gilbert. Of course I'd stay there again.

At arrival I was greeted by a woman who was all overt the place moving all over took 20 mins to check in due to how all over the place she was once in the room it was good I had a long day and really just wanted to shower and sleep my boyfriend got into the shower and there was no hot water when I tried to call the front desk the phone did not work my boyfriend went downstairs and got absolutely no where with the lady at the desk .. ( while my boyfriend was in the lobby a woman with her 2 young kids where down there she told my boyfriend that she had to bath her small babies in Luke worm still cold water ) I had to get out of bed and go talk to the lady again she said she needed to verify that there was no hot water so witch is crazy in it’s self that they would think I am lying once in the room the lady was really all over the place made me very uncomfortable she almost fell between the toilet and sink checking the water not sure how I was able to help her up she acted like nothing even happen and said the water heater is on the other side of the hotel and it will take a min to heat up 45 mins later of the water running it got warm enough to rinse off after being in a football field for hours I did not want to deal with this .. got up in the morning and spoke to the “ hotel manager “ who was equally rude to me I explained that the lady in the front was all over the place fell trying to check the water in my room and was just high on some type of drug the manager said she had

No ice machiene and sketchy people kinda feels unsafe definitely wouldnt want children there
