We had a pretty terrible experience and we will not return. The biggest issue is the AC. It was SO loud and it ran constantly even though we had it set to 78. I used earplugs at night and I could still hear it. Second problem was the pull out couch my kids used- the mattress was incredibly thin and the whole bed was not sturdy. The room layout was cramped, but it was nice to have two “rooms” with the junior suite, even if they were quite small. To top it off, our toilet overflowed randomly at 10pm (they did do a good job of getting it cleaned up quickly), and the hotel hosted a gun show the weekend we were here 🙄. Overall not a positive experience. We stay in Phoenix regularly and we will not be returning.

I really loved our room! We did have kind bed high floor overlooking all of Mesa. For someone who grew up here and went to the hotel as a kid - loved it. Would stay again!

We stayed here for a gymnastics meet with the kids. I liked that the layout has the open middle- good for kids and feels safe. The bummer was that there is no food available until 4:00. We had to order and bring in food from somewhere else. Also the pool was much smaller than expected. But overall it was nice

Well game room was out of service for the kids that they were looking forward to. Then the Starbucks machine was broken down, so my wife wasn't happy. Thankfully we stayed only 1 night because another night would have been not great. Won't return.

Never stayed the night. My room was cancelled due to not checking in by 6pm. No one from the hotel or 3rd party contacted me by phone or email to inform me of this policy. I dont not recommend this place. I was not the only family arguing at the front desk at 10pm.

It was the noisiest place ever. It started with a couple with a child that talked/screamed at the top of his lungs(12:40 in the morning) He was even banging on the adjacent door. To cover up the noise his parents turned their TV up. Then thier was a group(I don't know how many) that laughed & played music. Then some men that partied late then their alarm went off early in morning. Then a sports team with young guys running up & down the hallway. We tried to call the front desk 5 times with no answer. My husband had to finally open the door & tell them to shut it down. With all, lots of slamming doors. People & the ice maker at all hours. Could hear the elevator every time it was used. Our room faced Hwy 60 so lots of traffic noise. Very expensive food ie: breakfast, supper, drinks. All in all we would never stay there again!

We selected a room specifically for the "high floor" amenity that was an added charge through Expedia. When we arrived we found ourselves on the 2nd floor by the elevator. They would not change the room, claiming our "class" of room had no other options. It was an awful night. Between the noise from the atrium and the myriad of adults getting off the elevator loudly talking, or the kids from the sports teams running up and down the hallway, I've rarely had less sleep. Won't be returning.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was dismissive. There were also a lot of kids with a sports team, they were loud and not be escorted.
