Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Tempe ASU Area

We had a great stay, it was clean and very spacious. I traveled with my children and they enjoyed the room, mostly because it had a small kitchen and living room type space. We also had enough towels and that's a good thing to have especially when you are traveling with kids under 10.

It was amazing! Perfect for family-2 tvs & 2 rooms for plenty of space. There is a FULL fridge & kitchen-perfect for hungry kids with food allergies to keep plenty handy!

The Suite style worked great for our needs of a multiple day trip and doing some meals in house. It is spacious and comfortable. I would like to see more housekeeping services. They are supposed to do a light cleaning on the 2nd day we were told but no one came. We were taking out our own trash every day, going down to get towels replaced, and our floors given we did use kitchen, were getting sticky or food on them but no real tools for us to clean ourselves which would have helped if no housekeeping. I do prefer hotels that still serve guests this way as was always done before Covid. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice; games to check out; good breakfast; large space to gather with other family staying in other rooms downstairs; corn hole; pool; bbq; etc. Close to college campus which was our reason for visiting for graduation. Staff was very friendly and doing their best given the policies of the hotel. I did book through Expedia and they would not let my husband check in though same last name and address as me because I was at the store so he and my son sat with all of our gear for a half hour which we could have used for set-up before our family needed to be picked up from the airport. I would have sent a photo of my license or they could have called me. I feel security was a little tight on this and did not kick off the weekend in the best way but it all worked out and all in all was a great weekend. I would stay there again.

Great family stay next to tempe market. Lovely staff, enjoyed the heated pool which was open late and had a good gym sesh too. Breakfast was also lovely, thanks folks 👍😄

Very good for a family.

The stay was great as usual a couple days before Christmas we always stay at this hotel for its convenience of having a kitchen for the kids. But I got a stupid charge for a sheet that goes on top of the bed, it’s in the closet but they are so dam lazy to check for it I’m 2 hours away $80 for it I put it up on top of the closet because I hate having that uncomfortable sheet on the bed. Ridiculous, I never mentioned that a coffee pod that was days old was still in the pot and now dirty the counters had been, pretty much lost a 8 time a year customer. Once again Hilton

He seemed relatively close to everything had some dining options nearby close to any grocery stores or shops you might need. Basketball court and pool was really fun for kids Buffet breakfast every morning and staff was very pleasant.

I booked this hotel for location and size (2 BD) at a great price. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and free breakfast. What set this over was the fantastic staff. They really went above and beyond.

Very nice hotel, room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Hotel was very modern to today’s lifestyle, rather it’s business, personal or family traveling.
