Very quiet and clean. Friendly and kids lived making their own waffles for breakfast

My family lives in town so we always stay here when we are visiting. It is conveniently located and always clean and comfortable.

Every person I interacted with, staff, were genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in two building sections, both with a quaint courtyard to sit with plants and water fountain (one section's courtyard is being remodeled). I was there partial weekend and half of the week. I was never disturbed by workers. There were no people loitering outside, the hotel felt safe. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of protein options. One day had three types of eggs and two meats! There is a waffle maker with two kinds of batter (although I wish there was a label of exactly what the "special flavor" was because mystery isn't appealing, at least to me). Both orange and apple juice are served in pitchers, with ice. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome! Clean, in a peaceful nicely landscaped area. There is another section off the pool area with grills and seating. The surrounding area has places of interest, shops and places to eat. (Go to Tombstone, 30 minutes away!) The Chinese restaurant adjacent... The smell of cooking food alone will bring you in. Authentic cuisine. If you are a fan of Chinese... the hotel has a discount coupon for guests, too. The hotel has an app, you'll receive it in an email. Check it out, it is great. I'm not a fan of things like this, but I also found information I wouldn't have asked about and what you can do, request, etc. is beneficial, particularly for families or singles who spill and entire tumbler of water... yep, got help via app!

It is a great place to stay. Safe, comfortable, convenient and affordable. The staff here are wonderful. Made me feel like i am family. I wont ever stay anywhere else.

We had to make some quick decisons for a family funeral. While Sierra Vista wasn't the closest, it offered more conveniences. This hotel is amazing. The layout and courtyards are wonderful and offer a bit of privacy and security. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. If we need to return, this is where we will stay!
