Hampton Inn Sierra Vista

Traveling with skinny pale twin 7 yr olds so we always look for an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Pool was moderately heated - enough that the kids would swim then warm up in hot tub. Pool was clean, hot tub was nice but had a chemical imbalance that caused all the bubbles when jets were on. Others than that everything was wonderful! Comfy room, welcoming staff (join Hilton Honors and you get a Hershey bar at check in!) and the breakfast had a good selection of oatmeal, waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Special thanks to Michelle, the breakfast coordinator, who made the morning special for my kids. She was very attentive and offered options to make them happy. Well done! Will definitely stay there again.

We were traveling with all of our kids aged 2-12, and when I looked at the room we thought a single room would be sufficient. It wasn't. These rooms were smaller than the other rooms we stayed in on our travels. Also, the floor we stayed on had a smell to the carpet and our floors weren't vacuumed when it was cleaned (we know because the youngest dropped crumbs while eating the night before). The staff was great and always friendly and helpful. But the facilities were lack luster compared to the other hotels we stayed in before.

Nice hotel, clean, safe area, 20 minute drive to Tombstone. Family friendly, indoor pool which was nice as it stormed one of the nights we were there. Free breakfast which is good for families, our kids enjoyed the make your own waffle station. Staff was super friendly, really sweet.

The hot tub was not working and the pool was very cold so the main reason we wanted to stay here for my family was the indoor pool. My kids jumped in and only stayed in for a couple of minutes. The AC unit was very loud and making a rattling noise all night. Not the best night of sleep. They did do a great job of cleaning the room though, smelled and looked like everything was very thoroughly sanatized before our stay. The lady for the breakfast handout was rude when they ran out of muffins and I asked for cereal in replacement. Sorry I have to feed my children something.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, and quiet. Was upset because pool was down came for kids to swim and no notification. This was not Hampton fault, booked through Expedia.

Jerome, Sarah, Dallas and Eidy were extremely welcoming and bent over backwards to be so incredibly nice to our young kids. First class people!!!
