The front desk employee is very friendly and provided such great customer service. She acknowledge both myself and family once we walked in to check in. I wish I remembered her name but she had a great nails! I appreciate the young gentleman for bringing the plunger around 2am! I will stay again when I come visit Fairbanks!

We stayed here for our daughters 10th Birthday Party. She wanted a pool party and the room we got was quite spacious! We were able to host 25 people comfortably and everyone had a great time! The continental breakfast was great for the kiddos - they had several options. Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites for a memorable experience! 5/5

The front desk lady was discriminating and rude to me in her words” no partying here” when no such thing was brought up. I drove 6 hours to visit my friend with my family and remote was missing the seal for batteries she said maintance gone here for night so and that was that. Come morning there was no breakfast and breakfast was suppose to go tell 10am.

Hauling my own luggage is not a fun experience after flying 14 hours to my 3rd floor room. There are never any bellhops. Last summer I stayed there on and off spent thousands of dollars and barely was asked for assistance to dolly up my luggage. The only reason I stayed this year is because I was able to get a deal or this very short 2 night stay at the hotel. I've worked in hospitality for decades so has my family in Alaska. This is unacceptable.
