Breakfast was great. Pool was a hit with the kids. They even provided some pool toys!

I liked everything about the hotel, but mishap with room booking, hotel rep gave my room to different person with same last name and my family n i had to downsize room. I am just glad we didnt end up homeless for the weekend. The hotel fixed their wrong, I would definitely stay again minus the mishap

The first two nights were fine, but the last three were horrible as a group of about a dozen or more young kids checked in with the parents. They were constantly running up and down the halls, slamming doors, yelling and screaming, and running up and down the stairs. We asked them several times along with talking to the parents about controlling their kids. We spoke to the staff at the hotel many many times but nothing was ever done. We lost sleep on three of the nights and at one point while talking to a hotel representative the parents of these kids late at night we're down in the lobby drinking beer and having pizza creating excessive noise in the hotel employee ended up screaming at them to leave as the hotel lobby was closed. The hotel needs to have more authority to shut down this behavior as the parents couldn't care less and let the kids run free up and down hallways and stairs for four straight days.

This property is tired. The furniture is worn and sagging --some pieces with large tears. There were unsafe puddles of water left on the floor around the check in desk from kids playing in and out of the pool near the lobby. There was a large bouquet of wilted, dead flowers sitting on the reception desk where you check in. On a happier note, the bed was comfortable and the staff was up preparing breakfast very early so I was able to have coffee before my 5 am cab ride arrived for the airport!

The AC in the first room we got was broken. It was the day when it was very humid and hot, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep. We were moved to a different room where an AC worked fine, but the people upstairs were VERY loud until 1 am ish. My toddler had a hard time falling asleep. My husband went to talk to the fron staff, and they said to him "I don't want to wake them up so I feel uncomfortable calling them." He was furious and asked them to come to our room to listen to the LOUD noises. They didn't do anything. Next morning I went to the front desk to complain, and they said they would move us to the third floor when we come back in the evening. When we came back to the hotel hoping to get the third floor, the front desk person said "I don't see any notes here." It took her (Alyssa or something) like 5 minutes to figure out, and she FINALLY found a hand written note. However, she said we would move to a second floor not third floor. It would have been fine if they had communicated with us in advance, but I was frustrated because they didn't communicate it with us. Some staff were friendly and nice, but some were rude and unprofessional. We probably won't stay here again.

Overall, mediocre. Cleanliness was decent, although there were exposed pipes with the sink. The description of my king suite with a fireplace stated there is a jetted tub - upon check in, the front desk said “next time you’ll have to stay in one of our jacuzzi suites with a whirlpool tub!” The king suite with a fireplace, although nice, was not as described, having only a basic shallow tub/shower combo. I was also woken up several times during the night to babies crying and guests having a domestic dispute. Not the hotel’s fault, but given that I’m typically a heavy sleeper, the walls provide little privacy.

The rooms were clean and the beds we’re comfortable. The desk staff could not fill a request to have our family all on the same floor, to move us to a top floor, and there was no ice vending on floors 1 or 2…just on floor 3. I was tired and a little grumpy, but felt the service was lacking.
