We had a busy, quick trip so we didn't get to use the hotel for anything other than sleep. Our bed was comfortable. Our kids slept on the pull out couch and it was a little hard and uncomfortable but I feel like that is a given with those. We didn't have breakfast or use the gym or pool. Hotel staff was friendly and we felt safe.

We were greeted promptly upon arrival. Our room was very clean. We noticed the tub was not draining properly and called front desk. They promptly changed our rooms without any hesitation. The only notable mention is the hot water took a long time to kick on in the shower but other than that the stay was excellent and we will be staying there again the next time we visit our family.
