We booked two King suites with kitchen rooms for our family for our daughter's Auburn move in. While the room was very large and very nice with a kitchen, there were some sugar ants in our room. We also had a large roach in one of our rooms and noticed there must be a roach problem because we encounter several dead ones in the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. But, the evenings were very crowded with construction type workers taking over the night time buffet.

This was a very comfortable and easy pit-stop during a long family road trip. The pool was warm and clean. The room was spacious. The breakfast, coffee, and complimentary water bottles were just what we needed to get our day started.

The suites were great and the breakfast was diverse offering a little bit of everything. We did have several noise complaints when we brought our very young kids in at 7PM. That was frustrating because they had been in a car for 13 hours and were tired and cranky then we had to listen to the phone ringing while trying to get them settled down. Probably not the best choice for small children here. The staff was very understanding of the situation but naturally had to listen to the other visitors that were not happy.

The room was huge and we had room to spread out. We are a family of 5 and didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen had enough supplies to make a meal and the morning breakfast was great!

We were very impressed with this hotel. Stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving with our 3 kids and large dog. The room was very large and comfortable. Will be staying here every time we head to Auburn!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in was very smooth, they provided extra blankets and towels as requested. Everything was clean and my family enjoyed the pool. The only complaint I have is the fire pit wasn’t working during our stay.

The hotel is new and clean. It has a nice pool. However, we were disappointed with the staff. There were families with baseball players staying at the hotel. The baseball players were out of control and the staff did not address the issue. The baseball players and their families partied all night until 3;30 in the morning. Even after we called the desk to complain at 1:30am, the guests were still allowed to remain in the pool area. The noise was heard all the way up to the 3rd floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough. Room was spacious and clean enough. The first 4 nights was quiet and enjoyable. The last 2 nights, a large group of rude and VERY loud teenagers, with limited supervision, caused such a disturbance that apparently the hotel staff had to call the police. At that point, it did not feel like a very safe or relaxing place to be staying with family.
