Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Auburn - University Area, an IHG Hotel

Quick family trip in Alabama. My stay was perfect and relaxing.

We stayed 3 days at the hotel for a family funeral. After the service I had a headache, came back to the room at 2 PM for a nap. I couldn't lay-down because they still had not come in to clean the room. I Kept waiting at the lobby.

Excellent stay! Perfect family environment! I was impressed with how large the rooms were and great water pressure too!

Everyone was very friendly. The room was perfect for our graduation trip because it had enough space for our kids to hang out in the room for awhile. The breakfast was a perfect way to start our day. Because there was plenty of parking, we were able to meet the rest of our family at the hotel and drive over to the graduation together. This location provided everything we needed for this event.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a pleasantness about the hotel. The kids were excited because there were cupcakes and cookies, lemonade and tea, in the lobby for guests. The beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

The women named Rhoda was very loud yelling across the corridor. Rhoda started sliding the diner chairs across the floor. She was extremely loud she also used the push broom came all around me and never said excuse me not one word and not smiling,showing a lot of attitude. I quietly asked could she not slide the chairs across the floor it sounded like a chalkboard her exact words were excuse me I repeated my self..Rhode, said I'm sorry if it sounds like that she continued more noise and louder i had turned the volume louder. I was watching tennis Serena Williams and she started taking down the things on the table very loudly I spoke to the receptionist and he said thank you..she began laughing. I was getting coffee she started making sounds towards me and she parks her vehicle in front of the building where you load and unload. She needs more trading so I canceled my exact five days and moved my family out to another hotel..I had already stayed 5 days and extended but cancelled after this incident and I wouldn't return right now..I was very disappointed 6th hotel we stayed since our vacation and I busted some me time and give my husband time for himself.

We came to Auburn to decide on college and were extremely pleased with the staff, service, and quality. This will be our hotel while our child is here at Auburn University.

My family and I stayed there for an ovetnight stay. From the beginning the staff was top chef. I had mistakedly cancelled my reservations, but the staff was kind and found me a room. My two children are very hotel conscience, so they really found this hotel to be a good buy for the money. It was locted only minutes from the venue. We fond everything we needed wtihin minutes. We plan on returning to this hotel in the future.
