Good location, convenient parking, and great breakfast in the morning. The family room was very comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and our kids liked having their own room with a bunkbed. We liked the historical building, and the location within walking distance of the castle, the train station, and restaurants.

Booked a dog friendly family room. Was so lovely to find dog bowls, a bed and treats for her. Room clean and tidy but exceptionally hot even with raidiator turned off

Loved the stay immensely. A little bothered that my child who is 13 was not included in the buffet breakfast. It makes no sense to not include children, especially since the hotel wants their info regarding ages, etc.

We booked a 1 night family room for a quick get away. We stayed with dinner bed and breakfast. Welcome staff were lovely and helpful really nice. The restaurant meal was very nice, we had steak which we paid for but it was cooked perfectly and really tasty. The kids portions are huge there was a lot of waste maybe half these for little guests. The breakfast was plentiful too really nice, would have liked a late but no big deal. The staff all worked hard and are helpful. We used the pool twice it was great, clean facilities too and nice staff. We stayed in a family room. Room was quite outdated, could do with a bit of a makeover. The bunk beds were a bit old fashioned could do with a makeover too. Drawer handle falling off. The TV wasnt great struggled to switch it on and limited channels. Beds were comfortable and nice.

The overall family room was really cool our kids loved how they had there own little room with bunk beds and our bed was quite comfy. Also the pool is quite large and has a very relaxing spa jacuzzi and the bar is quaint but cozy and our drinks were excellent for the price overall we give 8/10 the doors and tvs could do with a touch of updating

Great location, very near castle, jail, church, and pubs. Ample parking. The hotel served drinks and food and had a very pleasant atmosphere. We walked to the bridges where the Stirling battle took place. The Settle Inn was just a couple blocks away. We stayed with children, and found out they have a great pool!

This was the most amazing hotel! Highly recommend for families with kids - we had a bunkbed in our room that my son loved, breakfast was amazing, staff was very friendly, and the whole place has magical/Hogwarts vibes that your kids will enjoy. The courtyard was beautiful and the restaurant was very good. Gorgeous furnishings and art throughout. Also this was very conveniently located for Stirling Castle, Old Town Jail, and other attractions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Have a lovely 2 day stay. Food and staff were great. Liz at reception was very helpful. Room was a bit worn down and could do with a bit of tlc. Only complaint I would have was, our 2nd night for 4 of us in family room half board, didn't include kids evening meal. It includes breakfast but not kids evening meals.
