Staybridge Suites Dundee, an IHG Hotel

What a wonderful stay at a fantasticly run hotel. Perfect from start to finish. Beautiful friendly welcome from the front desk, immaculately clean in all the areas that I visited. Modern, bright and airy. I had a dog and we stayed in a dog friendly room. Thought it might smell of dog or look obvious that it was a room that had slept many dogs but surprisingly it didn’t. If I hadn’t of known it was a dog f room I wouldn’t have guessed. Immaculate! Felt really happy to stay thereWould definitely recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Seema and Yuliana for your warm welcome and extremely high standard of customer care. I can tell you both really enjoy your job and get great job satisfaction. Recommend for families, business and anybody who like a clean comfortable environment.

Not a King size bed but only a queen and the sofa bed was horrible and put into the room in such a way it could not be opened. The reason I chose this hotel was because the other hotels our family were staying at didn't have King beds. I had researched and understood that size is not consistent. For international companys (both IHG and Hotels.com), they should be consistent with the bed size dimensions in their descriptions.
