Sleeperz Hotel Dundee

Second stay here and once again perfect place to stay whilst visiting family in Arbroath. Hope to visit again very soon.

My Sister and I took our Mum away for an overnight stay. As we go on the train, the hotel is just next to the Station and near to the shops. Great family sized rooms

Really good hotel. Room was clean. Bunk beds were great for the kids. Good shower too. Staff were friendly too. Great location, there is a Tesco right beside the hotel too. Would stay again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel recently when visiting family in Dundee as the location is very central and is next to the train station which is very handy if using the train services. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. The room was very clean and modern with adequate facilities including the private bathroom. The lounge on the second floor was exceptional and newly refurbished where I invited family and friends for coffee & snacks to catch up after the New Year. I had a meal & drink in the restaurant which was average although good value for money. The tea & coffee making facilities in the room were excellent too. I was offered a big discount for the 5 night stay here as the hotel was quiet after the Christmas period so it was a great offer which I took advantage of when comparing the prices of all the other hotels in Dundee. I will stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Very modern clean hotel. Great location by the water. The breakfast was underwhelming, but we only paid for the one morning so no bigh deal. The Tesco express in the same building was very convenient for snacks and treats for kids.

Great location, hassle free, fun for families. Our boys loved the bunk beds.

I liked the hotel because it was quiet, very clean ,the staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make my stay extremely good, there was nothing that I could say was bad about my stay, well done to all staff from the receptionist,to the domestic staff, thank you for looking after me, I will be back soon,and would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends.
