Lovely hotel, very friendly and polite staff, would recommend staying in this hotel. If you’re travelling with a pram would specify for a downstairs room as there is not lift so meant carrying a pram up and down the stairs every trip to the room. Breakfast was lovely, being a buffet really well cooked and always stocked. Drinker at the bar were well priced. Dinner was nice and well cooked, however very over priced. Being picky the rooms could do with a revamp however would recommend, we had a lovely stay, the staff were amazing and very dog and baby friendly.

The Isles of Glencoe Hotel was a fantastic place to stay with our family on our first two nights in Scotland. Situated in the heart of the Highlands, the location was perfect for seeing the main sights, and felt very peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when my father-in-law requested an extra bed sheet. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the property is on the most beautiful lake so I highly recommend getting a room with a lake-side view. My one comment is that it seems to be a hotel where many travel groups and groups with young children come through, so it was difficult to get in for dinner on the first night, and the breakfast buffet was a bit messy and less professionally run than some of the hotels during the rest of our stay. The dinner that we did have was very good though! All in all, it was a lovely stay and no real complaints. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Isles of Glencoe. Our room was perfect for our family of 3 adults. The breakfast buffet was delicious - and had some of the best viennoiseries I’ve had. We had dinner here 2 of 3 evenings. The menu is diverse, all our meals were really delicious - kudos to the chef. All the staff were gracious and welcoming. The hotel is within a short drive to some incredible views and hikes. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Nice setting, however receptionist knew nothing about hotels.com gift cards, so got nothing. No gym, and swimming pool open to public so very busy with local children. Noisy corridors at night. Not a relaxing stay.

It was average, view of the loch was amazing but was stood waiting to check in for 10 minutes before someone came. Ate dinner here and the food was great but the atmosphere was far from, surrounded by kids who were running around, throwing things and being really loud - wasn’t what I was expecting from a high priced hotel.

Views are amazing unless you are on the ground floor wanting to throw the curtains open to enjoy the wonderful views from your bed/room - warning - anyone walks right by your window, or more likely hang around there to enjoy the same views, so if you like your privacy the curtains stay shut!! Initially, rooms look lovely but beds aren't great, toilet is wall fitted at child height- ok for some of us, ridiculous for most!! Breakfast is expensive, and not worth it since buffet style and constantly waiting to be refilled. Staff are lovely but so helpful they don't have enough time for everyone. We were advised of disabled parking near our room, which we needed, but then a knock, whilst we displayed the 'do not disturb' notice on our door. We were then asked to move our car elsewhere for someone who we can only assume needed our space more!! We later noticed a member of staff using another disabled space!! This was the turning point for us. Hotel is not new and if you are not a heavy sleeper, the noise of anyone moving about avove or particulary in the corridors will keep you awake, along with anyone snoring nearby. I have no issue with dogs or children but suggest you avoid this hotel if you are not keen on either, including children running from room to room and dogs eating off owners plates. I would recomment for those who like a swim as the pool looked nice, although we didn't have time to try it, families and dog owners of which there were aplenty.
