We attended a family wedding where the family and reception took place at the Mary Culter House. The property and staff were both spectacular. The staff went out of their way to make it truly an extraordinary stay and experience. I can't say enough good things about our stay but I will end by saying it is wonderful and precious memory we will never forget. Absolutely incredible.

Hotel was being refurbished but didn’t affect stay that much. Lovely and quaint but rooms were not quite as expected. Booked a junior suite that showed doors opening straight out to grounds. Room was on first floor and while larger space perhaps the only ‘suite’ element was a table and two chairs. Still had to watch tv on the bed and not very well positioned. Nice room but description and therefore price were misleading. Would recommend a stay for a quiet retreat but a basic room would be better value.
