Staff were very helpful, cleanliness was good and beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant service was slow but the food was excellent. Portion sizes on the small side, but quality of a very high standard. We were next to 2 rooms of party girls who were talking very loudly, slamming doors etc in to the small hours. There was also a birthday party with drum beats heard loudly in the room until midnight. The pool was very busy with children's swimming lessons, but the hot tubs were amazing - a pity that there was an additional charge to use them.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and a great size. Even with an extra pull out bed there was plenty of space for our family. The newly refurbished restaurant is beautiful and the food was excellent, especially the Chana Daal! The swimming pool is a great size, but the best thing about our stay was the sense of genuine welcome and excellent service from every single member of the team. We will stay again!
