Stayed to celebrate a number of family milestones - absolutely beautiful surroundings! Very family friendly , large rooms the indoor pool as a big hit. Service was slow in the restaurant due to a function and although this was frustrating the staff did their best to reconcile. We will be back 😊

Was placed in a room that was unbelievable far from the main entrance. No lift for luggage and it had a terrible buzzing noise from a boiler that made us change rooms so we could sleep. Was placed next to a room with a crying baby at 5 AM. Spoke with the staff about our disappointment and unacceptable room allocation. They said sorry.

Good sized rooms with plenty of space. Gardens are lovely. Inside the deco is perhaps somewhat tired and could do with a refresh. Service in the brassiere was good, however the quality of food could have been better. Our kids pizza was burnt and the steak was overcooked. Breakfast service was quite underwhelming, staff not engaged and food was average at best.
