Rivelyn Hotel

Hey, I know you get what you pay for, but this is ridiculous. Booked family room for two night stay and left after one night. Our room was in a basement with limited view from the window. Wallpaper was coming away from the wall behind the radiator. Curtains where hanging off the rail and didn't meet in the middle. Window sill had obviously not been cleaned for weeks and the plastic curtain rail didn't look like it had ever been cleaned, it was filthy. Light fitting was hanging off the ceiling, the duvet had cigarette burns on it.The whole place has a run down atmosphere, no wi fi in the rooms, very limited for parking, we drove around for about half an hour looking for a space. I would NOT recommend this place in any capacity. Didn't dare have breakfast in the morning, just wanted to get the hell out of there. Person at the desk didn't even look suprised when I complained and gave me a refund on the extra night I had booked and a small discount on the previous night, which was welcome.
