The hotel and staff were good. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant. Firstly they had run out of steak which seemed odd as we were the first people in the restaurant at 6.00pm as we had a child with us. The meal took ages to arrive and when it did the lamb shank was inedible as it was not cooked. Nobody came to the table to ask if the meal was ok and only when the plates were cleared the waiter could see the problem. When he did however he wrote that meal off.
