Linton Lodge Hotel, BW Signature Collection

We were on family vacation, we got room 004, this room was to small for a family of 4. The room had uncomfortable beds, it was not clean, the water in the shower switched from hot to cold. Overall not happy at all with this hotel.

Lovely stay for a family wedding in Oxford. Rooms excellent. Service from all staff excellent. Loved the garden areas.

Desk staff was “in training” and directed me to the wrong elevator. It was a hassle getting back to desk to ask for more info. Also, no refrigerator. Hot and cold faucets are separate and you can easily scald during a bath. No replacement bath gels left after cleaning. Thin walls. Crying baby next room.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to city, friendly, helpful staff, super clean & great amenities. Would definitely recommend to friends & family!

Lovely accommodation very comfortable and clean, very good breakfast selection and excellent customer service. I would recommend it to friends and family.

•room in 2nd floor under the roof without AC -> room was so hot, we couldnt sleep or stay in the room for more than 5 min •bathroom in 80s style and simply not acceptable for the Price of nearly 200 pounds/night •breakfast: coffee not drinkable, orange juice tasted sour •we ordered room service the first evening which was still Not served After 1.5 hours. Went to the reception to check-> Order has been forgotten. So we had lunch at 10 pm finally, which was More than unconvenient, especially with a 2 year old child •we checked out 1 day early, which did Not Seem to bother the assistant manager at the reception-> did not even ask, if there were any problems during our stay or why we check pur early •all in all the worst hotel we have ever been to. Very frustrating, especially with regard to the high room Price.

good hotel, large room for a family and an excellent breakfast. Staff were all friendly and very helpful.
