Since the moment we stepped in the staff has been very welcoming, professional and caring. It is a small hotel where every detail is taken care of, from the furniture, the general vibe and ambience, in-room amenities and a perfect breakfast offer and service. We spent one night with a infant and everything was perfect, we will be staying again for sure

Modern, very clean but def not a 5 star hotel. For starters - service is what you do - not what you say to customers. So for me i'ts the little things - like the fact that you could just walk into the hotel with no one noticing at the reception (and take the elevator upstairs). Also I find it terribly annoying that the cleaning staff moved around my belongings in the room - in the bathrom and in the room. My room was very nicely decorated but way to cramped. The furniture just did not fit the room. The font door guy however was very service minded and helpful but otherwise staff seemed very junior. So - alla in all a good place, with a super nice gym and restaurant but not really for those looking for something extra.

The Arch is a favourite hotel that I use for business trips. This time I took my family for a vacation. Everyone loved it.
