I had an unfortunate medical emergency while staying at the Phoenix Hotel. The staff was very quick to come to my aid which relaxed me. I felt like I was with family. They got me to the hospital where I am now recovering. The hotel is saving me a room where I can recover for the next few days before my flight back to America. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. This is my third stay there and every time has been outstanding.

Excellent location for seeing London. Nice quiet street considering so central. Very close to Paddington station, and only a few minutes walk from tube station. We stayed in a standard family room, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. 4 single beds, was nice spacious room and comfortable beds. Room was very warm even in February so we turned the radiators off. Had windows either side so was nice to let some air in. We didnt have a view but that didnt bother us as it was a base to sleep and shower whilst visitng the city. Room was as expected from photos. Continental breakfast was good to set us up for the day. Would stay again when visiting London.

I loved the size of our room, we had the family room. For a European hotel is had room to move and the bathroom was a fair size. It was also very close to two tub stations making it extremely easy to get around.
