Best Western Plus Vauxhall Hotel

Clean tidy and friendly staff but thats where it ends. After reading reviews about small windowless rooms I decided to book a junior suite. Whoever named it as such has a good imagination. Tiny room with no windows. One skylight with remote control which did not work until I got reception to change batteries. However this was a waste of time as the blind has four rows of holes in it so around 4 or 5 am you are awakened by light streaming through holes above your head. Shower head was almost disconnected from hose so water soaked bathroom when turning on. We fixed this ourselves. No bathrobes in room as advertised, found later you had to request these. Customer service training would be a good idea. We were asked if our stay was good, I said dissapointing. Did not want any further details, just laughed and said have a good day. Also corridors had piles of laundry there and still there next morning. Also safety chain on door was half missing. Would I stay again, absolutely NOT.
