We stayed here for one night in a family room. The room was beautiful and clean and there was enough space for us all. Good facilities and excellent breakfast with many options. Our only minor annoyance was that we could hear someone walking around in the room above ours but they must have decided to go to bed not long after and it was quiet through the night

The family room was a brilliant size and the property was so clean all through. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The one thing that could be better is some parts of the room require a little tlc, nothing major though and nothing that would stop me booking again.

The Hotel has decided to not serve alcohol or certain meats for breakfast. This is up to the hotel, however ti not disclose this is misleading and in hindsight would not have stayed there had I known beforehand. Family met us for a drink in the bar and was told soft drinks only. Apart from that the hotel is clean and the family room we had was a very large size and extremely comfortable. The rating would have been higher, I believe all information should be presented to the customer beforehand so they can make an informed decision based on their needs.

My hubby and I stayed in the hotel as we were meeting family in Salford. The hotel and room was immaculately clean . All the staff we met were professional and friendly . On site parking was an advantage and the charge of £14.50 seemed reasonable for secure parking in a city centre hotel. The location was safe, and nearby to where we needed to be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it , and will stay again when we next visit the the area

This hotel is in a good location. It is a fully renovated property with good spacious room. The only constraint is that the shower/bath doesn't have any door and there is a mirror in front of it that exposes who is in the shower to the rest of the room, therefore, not good for families with kids.

The heat was turned up so high we couldn’t sleep. We opened the window but it’s right by a very busy road and so that wasn’t any good. Reception gave us fans rather than turning the heating down. Very polite lady on reception, not her fault. The next night the family upstairs decided to play jumping off the bed from 5am until we left at 9. There’s v little soundproofing. Went home exhausted. Room clean and bed comfortable although mean with the single pillow per person. Wouldn’t stay there again
